By Bus
The TIC is served by the 180 and 401 services. The 180 bus runs between the "Belvedere Industrial Area" and "Lewisham Town Centre". The 401 bus runs between "Thamesmead Town Centre" and "Bexleyheath Town Centre (clock tower)". The nearest bus stop to the TIC is Leather Bottle Green on Yarnton Way. The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the TIC.
By Rail
The TIC is served by two railway stations, Belvedere and Abbeywood. Both are on the Connex Southeasten line between London (Charing Cross or London Bridge) and Dartford. Journey time from London is approximately 30 minutes.
The nearest station is Belvedere, which is about 5 minute walk from the TIC. The other station is Abbeywood which is about a 30 minute walk.
If walking from Belvedere Station, remain on the same side of the railway line as you alight and walk down Norman Road past Railway Place, Maida Road and Sutherland Road until you come to the dual carriageway (Yarnton Way).
Turn left and follow Yarnton Way for about ½ a mile.
When you reach the premises of Wurth, cross the road and enter Waldrist Way. Follow the road round. The Thames Innovation Centre is on your left on Veridion Way.
From Abbeywood walk down Harrow Manor Way towards Thamesmead until you reach the roundabout then turn right into Yarnton Way. Turn left into Waldrist Way after approx 1 mile.
You can get a bus from both stations to the TIC.
From Abbeywood Station, when you get off the train walk up the staircase to the Harrow Manor Way flyover. At the top catch the 180 bus from the same side of the road going to the "Belvedere Business Area". The "Wurth" building is opporsite this. The service runs approx approx every 12 minutes and the maximum journey time is 17 minutes.
By Road - Route 1 - From (M25)
Leave the M25 at junction 1A, and follow signs to Erith along University Way (A206).
At the third roundabout (after approximately two miles), take the second exit under the brick railway bridge, along Thames Road. (A206)
Continue to travel along Thames Rd over 2 roundabouts.At the next (3rd) roundabout, take the fourth exit under the iron railway bridge and continue along the dual carriageway (Northend Road) to Erith. (A2016) Go straight over at the next roundabout and through the next set of traffic lights.
At the next roundabout (a fish sculpture is in the middle), continue stright across onto Bronze Age Way. (Erith railway station will be on your left).
Continue stright over the next roundabout then onto the next roundabout (approx 100 yards), bear left at this roundabout and join Yarnton Way. You will see signs for Thames Innovation Centre & Veridion Park.
After about ½ a mile look for a right turn into Waldrist Way (the Wurth building will be on your left as you turn right).
Veridion Way is your first left.
By Road- Route -2 Black Prince Interchange (From A2)
Leave the A2 at Gravel Hill for Bexleyheath (A220).
At the top of Gravel hill go straight over the junction by the traffic lights at the Marriott Hotel (on your left) and continue along Erith Road (A220).
Cross over the next roundabout and continue for about three miles (going straight across several roundabouts) until it ends in a big roundabout (with the fish sculpture in the middle) at Erith (A206).
Take the first exit left onto Bronze Age Way (A206). Go straight on at the next roundabout, then take the first exit at the next roundabout and join Yarnton Way.
After about ½ a mile look for a right turn into Waldrist Way (the Wurth building will be on your left as you turn right).
