This will enable us to identify how your baby is laying within the uterus.

Cephalic (head down)

Breech (bum down)

Oblique (laying diagonal).

For your peace of mind. You may wish to up-grade to a well-being scan if you find the baby to be Breech/Oblique.

This scan is particularly reasuring if you are intending to have a Home Birth.
